Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policies

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any machine you purchase from Zpresso, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund. Returned items must be in "like new" condition, with all original parts, accessories, manuals, etc., and must be re-packaged in the original retail display box. If any of these items are missing, you will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee. To return an item, you must contact us via phone or e-mail within 30 days of purchase to obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) Number.

Return Guidelines

Please make sure you read the following procedure and follow it to return one of our products. The steps are designed to minimize any confusion and increase your satisfaction as a Zpresso customer.

  • Return Authorization (RMA) numbers are issued by our Customer Service department. Please fill out the RMA Request Form on our site, accurately filling in all required information for all returned items.
  • Once we receive the form we will provide you with an RMA number and return shipping address.
  • You must obtain an RMA number before returning a product. If merchandise is returned without a RMA number, you will be responsible for all associated costs. The RMA number must be marked clearly outside the packaging.
  • Refunds will be issued as soon as the returned products have passed inspection at our location.
  • All returns must still be in brand new condition and have all the original packaging and original contents included. UPC bar codes must still be intact for all returns.
  • Unopened items can be returned without a restocking fee. The only charge will be the shipping cost we incurred to ship the item to you.

You must ship returns via a courier that provides tracking, and provide us with the tracking number. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning merchandise to us. If a returned item is lost or destroyed in transit, your account will not be credited for the return, and you will be responsible for obtaining reimbursement from the courier. Therefore we strongly recommend that you purchase insurance from the courier for returned items.

Defective Merchandise

If you find the merchandise to be defective within 30 days of purchase, you may return it to us for replacement. Please contact Zpresso within 30 days if you find that your merchandise is defective, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number. You must ship defective merchandise via a courier that provides tracking, and provide us with the tracking number. You must purchase insurance from the courier. We will reimburse you for the cost of shipping and insurance if the item is shipped from the 48 contiguous states.

Merchandise that becomes defective after 30 days is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. Zpresso will not replace defective merchandise after 30 days. Therefore, please register your product with the manufacturer, and retain the manufacturer’s warranty instructions.

Cancellation of Orders

Orders can be canceled at no cost to you if the item has not yet shipped. Please call or e-mail us as soon as possible if you decide to cancel an order, so that we can cancel shipment. Your credit card will be immediately credited when a canceled item has not yet shipped.

If the item has shipped, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the merchandise to us. When returning a canceled order, you must ship via a courier that provides tracking, and provide us with the tracking number. If the item is lost or destroyed in transit, you will be charged for the item. Therefore it is recommended that you purchase insurance from the courier so that you can be reimbursed for an item if it is lost or destroyed in transit.

For items that are canceled after they are shipped, your account will be credited when we receive the returned item. Canceled orders that have shipped must be returned unopened.

Damage in Transit

Please inspect your package when you receive it from the shipper. If you notice any damage from shipping, please contact us to report the damage and do not use the machine. You must contact us within 5 business days. Make sure that you keep all packaging (boxes, shipping labels, packing material, etc...), as the shipper will come to inspect the package. You may also call the shipper directly.

Manufacturer Warranties

All of the machines that we carry on our website are covered by a one-year manufacturers warranty. Please see the warranty information at the bottom of each item page for the products you are interested in purchasing. All of our machines are home machines and they are generally covered by a one-year parts and labor warranty through the manufacturer. This warranty covers parts and labor on your machine for the period of one year. Improper use of the machine can result in the loss of your warranty coverage. Also, please note that once the machine leaves the United States, all warranties are voided. The manufacturers do not cover machines that have left the United States, and neither does Zpresso, who reserves all rights.

Please note most of the machines we sell are tested at the manufacturer. Due to this testing you might find residual coffee or water on/in new machines. Most manufacturers will include a small sheet of paper stating this. We sell new machines only unless clearly stated and understood by the customer.
