Making a Macchiato

A macchiato is basically an espresso with a very small amount of hot steamed milk and a tiny dollop of foam on top.

• Froth some milk.
• Brew a shot of espresso into a cup.
• Add approximately one tablespoon of steamed milk.
• Add sugar to taste.
